Lauren Blackwelder

Lauren Blackwelder helps law firms strengthen their brands, grow their businesses, and execute marketing strategies that deliver real results.

With nearly a decade of legal marketing experience, Lauren brings a practical, in-house perspective to her work with law firm clients. Before joining Compass Legal Marketing, she spent six years at two prominent Central Florida firms, where she developed hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing and business development initiatives.

Her experience includes website rebrands, RFP responses, strategic business development plans for practice groups and individual attorneys, new practice area launches, large-scale events, and marketing budget management.

Lauren is a past chair of the Legal Marketing Association’s Orlando Chapter and has presented on legal marketing topics to both LMA audiences and attorney groups.

She earned her B.S. in Media and Communication Studies from Florida State University.
