Aleesha brings a unique combination of law firm experience, global perspective, and legal training to her work in marketing and business development. She helps law firms build strong brands and execute their strategies with clarity and purpose.
Before co-founding Compass Legal Marketing, Aleesha served as a Marketing & Business Development Manager in the Miami office of Hogan Lovells, one of the world’s leading global law firms. She also previously led the marketing team at Stearns Weaver Miller and managed marketing initiatives at Bilzin Sumberg across business development, communications, public relations, and client services.
She was named among the 2025 Lawdragon 100 Global Leaders in Legal Strategy & Consulting and is a past chair of the Legal Marketing Association’s South Florida Chapter.
Born and raised in Canada, Aleesha earned her J.D. from Western University before relocating to Miami in search of warmer climes.
