Adam Miller assists lawyers with all facets of their marketing efforts. With nearly 25 years of experience in marketing AMLAW 100 and 200 law firms, he works closely with his clients to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies while overseeing efforts to facilitate cross-office and cross-practice collaboration for the benefit of his firm’s clients. He also manages branding, communications, media and public relations strategies.
Adam previously served as the Director of Marketing for Shutts & Bowen, one of Florida’s leading full service law firms, where he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s brand management, external and internal communications, social media profiles, award nominations, events, sponsorships, and other activities with the purpose of driving new client engagements and strengthening existing client relationships. Recognized as a “Power Leader in Marketing” by the South Florida Business Journal,” his legal marketing background also includes preparing targeted business development proposals and RFP responses, serving as a liaison to many professional and community organizations, and developing new attorney integration programs. Before that, he led marketing efforts at Carlton Fields and also served on the media and business development teams for Greenberg Traurig. Adam is the recipient of The Florida Bar’s “Image Public Relations Award” for his promotional work on behalf off his law firms.
Prior to his career in the legal industry, Adam worked in the news media as a reporter for publications covering legal issues, including The Daily Business Review and Florida Lawyer Magazine. He has spoken frequently at legal marketing conferences and has also consulted for a range of top firms.
